Return Policy

You have 14 to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items or Items Damaged in Transit

Lindsey takes great care to ensure the quality and safe packaging of products, though understands that there may be instances where items are faulty or damaged during transit.

If you receive a faulty item or your item is damaged during transit, please contact Lindsey immediately upon receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please provide us with clear photos of the faulty or damaged item, including photos of any damage to the packaging, within  3 days of receiving your order. This will help us assess the situation and expedite the resolution process.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement for the faulty or damaged item or a refund. We will cover any additional shipping costs incurred for returning faulty items or items damaged in transit.
